NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that meetings of the members and creditors of the above Company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP on 26 February 2016 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the meetings an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year. Creditors wishing to vote at the meetings must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meetings.
