Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Julie Wilson and Michael Robert Wilson both residing at 1 Kilmory Avenue, Uddingston, Glasgow, Scotland G71 6NX on 12 August 2019 craving the Court inter alia to order that John Wylie Building Limited (Company Number SC156159), having its registered office at 22 Keir Street, Glasgow G41 2NW be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 12 August 2019 ordained any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
