At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Regus, 68 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9LJ on 25 January 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
