"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) and Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators can act both jointly and severally."
