Notice is hereby given that on 28 July 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by John Mitchell Plant Hire Limited craving the Court inter alia that John Mitchell Plant Hire Limited having its registered office at 21 Forbes Place, Paisley, PA1 1UT be wound up by the Court and that Shona Joanne Campbell of Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3 August 2021 appointed the said Shona Joanne Campbell of Henderson Loggie, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
