NOTICE is hereby given that on 23 July 2018 a Petition was presented to Perth Sheriff Court by John Meiklem Drainage Contractors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC078666) and with its registered office at 5 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth, PH2 0PA craving the Court inter alia that the said John Meiklem Drainage Contractors Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in which Petition, the Sheriff at Perth, by Interlocutor dated 31 July 2018 ordained the said company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth, Sheriff Court House, Tay Street, Perth, PH2 8NL within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
