Notice is hereby given that on 5 April 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk craving the Court inter alia that JOHN HEANEY JOINERS LTD., with its Registered Office at 2 Melville Street, Falkirk, FKl 1HZ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 5th April 2018 ordained the said John Heaney Joiners Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
