Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF on 14 October 2021 at 10.00 am, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsey J Cooper (IP No. 008931) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and Kris Wigfield (IP No. 22672) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
