“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Clancy (IP No. 8950) and Sarah Bell (IP No. 9406) both of Duff & Phelps, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
