At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS on 11 February 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed, No.1 as a special resolution and No's 2 and 3 as ordinary resolutions:-

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That John Paul Sugden and Rob Sadler of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, Devonshire House, 32/34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

3. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of joint liquidator from time to time.
