and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION "that Laurence Russell (IP No: 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up".
