This gazette notice is issued to correct the previously gazetted notice on 31 December 2020 in the name of the above Company that incorrectly referred to the Company trading under the name of "JHI Ltd". The trading names of the Company are as listed above.

Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 December 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dermot Coakley (IP No. 6824) and Michael Bowell (IP No. 7671) both of WSM MBI Coakley LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
