Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ, on 18 February 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Peter O’Hara (IP No. 6371) of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
