A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Enterprise House, Tenlons Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 7HR presented on 19 July 2018 by C W HARWOOD & CO LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 8E Josephs Well, Hanover Walk, Leeds, LS3 1AB claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies Ltd (ChD), The Court House, Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 11 September 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 10 September 2018.
