At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Third Floor, St George’s House, St George’s Road, Bolton, BL1 2DD on 25 April 2016 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Third Floor, St George’s House, St George’s Road, Bolton, BL1 2DD, (IP No. 9151) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
