MEMBERS MEETING

At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 1st Floor, Pembroke House, Charter Court, Swansea Enterprise Park, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FS, on 31st January 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That J. M. Evans of Evans Insolvency, 1st Floor, Pembroke House, Charter Court, Swansea Enterprise Park, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FS, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors decision procedure on 31st January 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of J. M. Evans as liquidator.
