“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
