“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
