A Petition to wind-up the above named Company of 7 Marine Approach, Burton Waters, Lincoln LN1 2LW, presented on 5 July 2018 by CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LTD of Visualsoft House, Princes Wharf, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees TS17 6QY; a creditor and will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Newcastle, Insolvency and Companies Lists (ChD) at the Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3LA.
