A Petition to wind up the above named company of JJDL (Grantham Street) Limited (company number 10373357) of The Old Palace, Christ Hospital Terrace, Lincoln LN2 1LY whose nature of business is the development of building projects presented to the Court on the 21 April 2020 by APS PROPERTIES LIMITED (company number 06297000) of Saul House, Ruston Way, Lincoln LN6 7FQ claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the County Court at Lincoln, 360 High Street, Lincoln LN5 7PS on Thursday 06 August 2020 at 10 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their solicitors in accordance with rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on Wednesday 05 August 2020.
