“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Parsk (IP No. 19770) and Frank Wessely (IP No. 7788) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
