Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 November 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
