Notice is hereby given, that on 15 May 2012 I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company (creditors' voluntary winding up).

A dividend has been declared to unsecured creditors.

If you fall into one or more of the following categories you may be able to make a claim for compensation or damages against the Company: 1. If you were employed by the Company and were exposed to any form of asbestos as a result of the Company's activities; 2. Any other person, not being an employee of the Company, but who may have been exposed to any form of asbestos as a result of the Company's activities; and 3. If you are a family member of a person who falls into categories (1) or (2) above.

If you fall into any of the categories set out above you should send details of your actual or potentially future claims, in writing, to me at Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT by no later than the 31 January 2020.

At the point the remaining funds available for distribution will be shared amongst those individuals who have asbestos related claims, without regards to the claim of any person who has not proved by 31 January 2020.
