Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named company is being convened and will be held on 4 October 2022 at 10:30am. Philip Dawson, the director of the Company is the convener of the meeting (`the Convener`).

The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
