"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Gareth Bishop and Helen Whitehouse be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 8 November 2017 the appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Gareth Bishop as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
