Court Reference: ABE-L23-18 Notice is hereby given that on 26 April 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Highlands and Islands at Aberdeen by John James Kozak, the sole director of JFK Property Management Limited for, inter alia, an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that JFK Property Management Limited, a company incorporated under the companies act (company number SC242663) and having its registered office at Commercial House, 2 Rubislaw Terrace, Aberdeen, AB10 1XE be wound up and that Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner of FRP Advisory LLP be appointed as Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 26 April 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
