A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 06908300 of 109 Velindre Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2TG presented on 13 March 2020 by OPUS Restructuring LLP, of 109 Gloucester Place, London, W1U 6JW (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX on Tuesday 19 May 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
