That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

That Samuel Talby and Stratford Hamilton of SKSi, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be and hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purpose of winding-up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally.
