A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Elephant & Castle Chambers, 7 Conduit Lane, Carmarthen, Dyfed, SA31 1LD, presented on 13th June 2017, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITEDHanson House, 14 Castle Hill, Maidenhead, SL6 4JJ, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 8th August 2017, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
