Special resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

Ordinary resolution

"That Kalani Gunawardana (office holder no 12450) of Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
