At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FA on 30 November 2020 at 2.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford House, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
