A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 46 Winchester Road, Romsey, England, SO51 8JA, presented on 4 July 2019, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, LEEDS, LS1 3BG, on 13 August 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
