At a GENERAL MEETING of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at: Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 3NW on 4 April 2016 the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Russell, of Albert Goodman LLP, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”.
