At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Vintners Place, 68 Upper Thames Street, London, EC4V 3BJ, on 30 April 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Leslie Smith (IP No. 6424) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be excercised by either or both of the liquidators.”
