Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.6 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by Nicholas W Nicholson and Dominic Dumville (the Conveners) that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named LLP will be held at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4PL on 3 April 2019, at 11am. The purpose of the meeting is to seek a resolution that the Liquidators' be remunerated by reference to the time properly spent by them and their staff in dealing with the matters relating to the Liquidation.

The physical meeting is being held upon the request of creditors under Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4PL by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
