Notice is given by Nicholas W Nicholson that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named LLP will be held at Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL on 7 July 2020, at 2:00pm. The meeting has been summoned at the request of a creditor and has been summoned under sections 246ZE and 172 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of seeking the following resolution:

1. For the removal of Nicholas William Nicholson as Liquidator of JEB Recoveries LLP

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL, or electronically via email to Daniel.Hibben@Haslers.com by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.

The convener is entitled to permit remote attendance at his discretion if a request is received before 7 July 2020. Where such a request is received, the appropriate details will be provided prior to the meeting in order that that creditor may attend and contribute to the meeting.

I would draw creditors attention to Section 174(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, which sets out how a Liquidator obtains his release following his removal from office as Liquidator of a LLP.
