Notice is given by Nicholas W Nicholson and Dominic Dumville that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL on 13 August 2019 at 11:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to seek the following resolutions:

i. For the removal of Nick Nicholson and Dominic Dumville as joint liquidators of the LLP;

ii. For the release of the liquidators in accordance with Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986;

iii. That the expenses of the requisitioned decision, agreed and deposited at ÂŁ77.10, are to be paid as an expense of the liquidation. Such funds to be returned to the requisitioner of the meeting when funds allow.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
