At a General meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 1 Mitton Lane, Bradley Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 9EA on 13 May 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) and David Kemp (IP No. 24510) both of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and are hereby, appointed joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."
