A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 30 October 2020 by MIDSHIRE BUSINESS SYSTEMS (NORTHERN) LTD of Midshire House, Dornada Way, West Bromwich B71 4LT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Helfenbury House, 169 Greenham Business Park, Newbury, Berkshire RG19 6HN will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 15 February 2021 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
