At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 25 Curly Hill, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 0AY at 11.30 am on 26 October 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
