Notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness Sheriff Court by Yesss Electrical, Credit Management, Yesss House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, WF6 1TN, craving the Court inter alia that JBN BATHROOM SHOP LTD, a company incorporated under Companies Acts (Company No. SC523059) and having it’s registered office at Unit 1 18-20 Harbour Road, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1UA (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoff Jacobs, both Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow, G2 5AS be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Inverness by interlocutor of 6 September 2018 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, The Castle, Inverness, IV2 3EG within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
