“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart Bennett (IP No. 1205) of S T Bennett & Co, Warwick House, 116 Palmerston Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 5LQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
