NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FINAL MEETING OF CREDITORS

JAZCON DUNMURRY LTD

IN COMPULSORY LIQUIDATION

A final meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of:

1. That the Liquidators receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be granted their release.

The meeting will be held on 19 March 2020 at 10:00 am at 10th Floor, Victoria House, 15/17 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Keenan CF, 10th Floor, Victoria House, 15/27 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 18th March 2020.
