Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Wallace & Company Ltd, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 15 October 2019 for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Wallace & Company Ltd, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW not later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately preceding the meeting. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the Creditors meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of Wallace & Company Ltd, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

The resolutions to be taken at the creditors meeting may include the appointment by creditors of a Liquidator, a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and for convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator.
