This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Steven John Parker and Trevor John Binyon, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes MK5 8PJ.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' additional fees based on the revised fee estimate. 2. The approval of the Joint Administrators' complex fee structure.

This virtual meeting will be recorded by video and/or audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting.
