Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and convenor of the meeting, Steven John Parker of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ.

The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting by telephone conference on 30 June 2022 at 10.30 am A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That the Joint Liquidators’ fee increase, as described within their report to creditors dated 15 June 2022, be approved.
