At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 12 Thornton Road Barnet EN5 4JE on 17 July 2020 at 11am, the following resolutions were passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elliot Harry Green (IP No. 9260) of Oliver Elliot Chartered Accountants, Dephna House, 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2JU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
