Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 November 2020, as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Edward Butt (IP No. 9108) and James Douglas Ernle Money (IP No. 8999) both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by all or any or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
