A Petition to wind up the above-named company of JAR Capital Limited (09343036) of 28 Savile Row, London W1S 2EU, whose nature of business is financial intermediation not elsewhere classified, presented on Monday 16 January 2023, at 09:18 by FADIA HOLDINGS LIMITED, of 25 Green Street, London W1K 7AX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 March 2023, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
