NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 21 January 2020 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

At the meeting, creditors will consider the approval of the pre appointment remuneration.
